Qodran Studio is a design and development studio that builds websites and branding for startups, SaaS, and AI companies. We operate remotely and work with clients around the world.
2. What we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to run our business and serve our clients.
When you visit our website:
Your IP address, browser type, device info, and pages visited (via analytics tools like Google Analytics)
Cookies — small text files stored in your browser (see Section 6)
When you contact us through a form:
Your name
Your email address
Any project details you share with us
When you book a call:
Your name, email, and scheduling info, collected via Cal.com
When you become a client:
Contact details (name, email, phone, company)
Billing and payment info (handled by our payment processor — we never store your full card details)
Project files, content, and communications you share with us
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as government IDs, health information, or biometric data.
4. Who we share your information with
We share your data only with the third-party services we use to run our business. These include:
Hosting: Framer
Analytics: Google Analytics
Email: Mailchimp / Gmail
Scheduling: Cal.com
Payment processing: Contra
Each provider has its own privacy policy. We only share what's needed for the service to work, and we use providers we trust.
We may also share your data if required by law — for example, in response to a court order or legal investigation.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep your data only as long as we need it:
Inquiry messages: up to 2 years, then deleted
Client project files and communications: up to 5 years after project completion (for warranty and reference)
Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe
Payment and invoice records: as required by tax law (typically 7 years)
You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see Section 7.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies to make the website work and to understand how visitors use it.
Essential cookies are required for the site to function. These can't be turned off.
Analytics cookies help us understand traffic patterns. We use Google Analytics for this. You can opt out by adjusting your browser settings or installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
Access the data we hold about you
Correct any inaccurate or outdated information
Delete your data (subject to legal exceptions like tax records)
Restrict or object to how we use your data
Port your data to another service
Withdraw consent at any time

If you're in the EU/UK, you can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you're in California, you have additional rights under the CCPA — the same email applies.
8. Data security
We take data security seriously and use industry-standard tools and practices, including:
HTTPS encryption across the site
Secure cloud storage with reputable providers
Limited internal access — only team members who need to see your data can see it
Regular reviews of our security practices
That said, no system is 100% secure. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you within 72 hours where required by law.
9. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, please contact us and we'll delete it.
10. International data transfers
Because we work with clients globally, your data may be processed in countries outside your own. We make sure any such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR for EU residents.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. For significant updates, we'll notify you by email if we have your contact info
